Chicken Salad Sandwiches En Casserole image

My daughter recently bought me some vintage cookbooks. This recipe came from Betty Crocker's Dinner in a Dish, published in 1965. This is a tasty way to use leftover chicken or turkey!

The casserole was a little too time-consuming to make. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

The casserole was too salty for my taste. I think I'll reduce the amount of salt next time.

I'm not a fan of celery, so I omitted it from the recipe. The casserole was still very good.
