Chicken Margarita image

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 chicken breast
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp honey
2 c crushed tortilla chips
1 can(s) mexican stewed tomato
1 c shredded jack cheese
1/2 c chopped cilantro

Steps:

  • 1. Marinate chicken in oil, lime juice and honey. Dip chicken into crushed chips and place on a baking sheet. In blender put can of tomatoes and add cilantro. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over chicken and bake until melted.
