Steps:
- 1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add rest of ingredients.
- 2. More flour may be needed. Knead the dough like bread. Let rise.(1 hour)usually doubled Pumch. Let rise. (1 hour)
- 3. Divide into two pieces. Press into sprayed pans. Pour on cherries or topping of choice. Let rise
- 4. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
- 5. Topping: Remaining ingredients Mix and cook until thick over medium heat stirring constantly. Watching for scotching.
