My beautiful Aunt JoAnne from Oklahoma shared this recipe with me many years ago. It is mouth watering if you like peanut butter cups. This candy makes wonderful little gifts at Christmas time. Hope you love it

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips.
- 2. Spread into a 9x13 pan.
- 3. Melt chocolate chips and pour over the top of the mixture.
- 4. Chill and cut into squares.
