- 1. Crush bananas with silver spoon. Add eggs beaten light, sugar, flour sifted, with salt, and soda, and nut meats.
- 2. Bake 1 hour in moderately slow oven 325ºF / 162.78ºC
- 3. Makes 1 loaf 5" x 9"
