My own creation. What is better than with bacon grease? Nothing. So I thought instead of butter lets use the bacon grease. It turned out great. Gave the potatoes a great smoky flavor

- 1. Peel potatoes and cook in salted boiling water. Drain and put through a ricer.
- 2. Add bacon grease, garlic and enough milk to make smooth potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste
