A meal with lovely presentation that's nice enough for dinner guests, but really quick and easy to make. Delicious served over white rice with a garnish of toasted slivered or sliced almonds.

I love the combination of sweet and savory in this dish. The apricot glaze is the perfect complement to the shrimp.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover shrimp. I usually make it with shrimp that I've grilled or roasted.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my apricot shrimp turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked the shrimp.

This recipe was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try it again with less apricot preserves.

I made this dish last night and it was a disaster! The shrimp were overcooked and the apricot glaze was too sweet. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.
