APPLE/RAISIN PIE image

2 c sugar
1 c butter
4 eggs
1 Tb flour
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped, unpeeled apples
1 c raisins
1 c coarsely chopped pecans
1 unbaked 10" pie shell

Steps:

  • Cream sugar & butter until fluffy. Add eggs, beating well after each one. Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and vanilla, beating well. Stir in apples, raisins and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake 350 for 45-50 min or until golden brown.
