Almond Chicken Casserole image

This recipe is from a very nice popular resturant in my area.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 c cooked chicken, diced
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
2 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c celery,chopped
1/2 c slivered almonds, toasted
salt and pepper to taste
plain potatoe chips, crushed

Steps:

  • 1. In bowl, combine chicken, mayo, soup, egg, celery and seasonings. Pour into a buttered 9x13 pan. Top with crushed chips and almonds. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
