4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup white wine
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ground beef for the best flavor. Look for ground beef with a fat content of at least 80%. You can also use ground turkey or chicken if you prefer.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when browning the ground beef. This will prevent the beef from cooking evenly, which will ultimately yield a less flavorful dish.
  • Use a variety of mushrooms for added flavor and texture. Crimini, shiitake, and oyster mushrooms are all great choices.
  • Don't boil the sauce. Bring it to a simmer and then let it cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. This will allow the flavors to meld and develop.
  • Serve the stroganoff over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.

Conclusion:

This quick and easy ground beef stroganoff is a delicious and comforting dish that can be made in under an hour. It's perfect for a busy weeknight meal or a casual weekend lunch. The combination of savory ground beef, tender mushrooms, and creamy sauce is sure to please everyone at the table.
