1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 lb potato
1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1 tablespoon vinegar

2 pounds red-skinned potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
1 1/2 cups diced cooked corned beef
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped celery
4 to 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
