1 pinch salt
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
⅔ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
3 eggs
¼ teaspoon salt

Tips:

  • Use a sharp knife to cut the pecans. This will help to prevent them from crumbling and will give you a cleaner cut.
  • If you don't have a candy thermometer, you can test the temperature of the caramel by dropping a small amount into a glass of cold water. If the caramel forms a hard ball, it is ready.
  • Be careful when working with hot caramel. It can cause severe burns if it comes into contact with your skin.
  • Let the bars cool completely before cutting them. This will help to prevent them from crumbling.
  • Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Conclusion:

Pecan turtles bars are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with a simple combination of pecans, caramel, and chocolate, and they are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you are looking for a sweet treat to make, be sure to give pecan turtles bars a try.
