1 cup Zucchini, shredded. Squeeze between paper towels to remove water.
1/2 cup Sweet Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
5 large Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Pinch of Nutmeg
Dash of Salt
1 ready made Deep Dish Pie Shell

Steps:

  • Chop the basil.
  • Dice the onions.
  • Grate the zucchini. Squeeze between paper towels to remove excess water.
  • Place onion and zucchini in a skillet over Medium heat.
