1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
8 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and 1-1/4 cups sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg yolks, 1 tablespoon honey and vanilla.
