Nonstick cooking spray, for the baking dish
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded and diced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Half a 32-ounce bag frozen store-bought meatballs, defrosted and sliced in half
One 32-ounce jar marinara sauce
Two 8-ounce bags Italian cheese blend
One 5-ounce bag garlic croutons, crushed

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2 (24 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
40 Italian-style frozen meatballs
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup breadcrumbs or 1/4 cup crushed saltine
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground venison
1 loaf Italian bread, 1-inch cubes (1 lb loaf)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise (no substitutes)
1 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs (basil, oregano...)
salt & pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
1 quart spaghetti sauce (or 28 oz can)
1 cup water
4 garlic cloves, minced (or pressed)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • In a bowl, combine onions, crumbs & cheese; add beef and mix well.
  • Shape beef into 1-inch balls; place on rimmed cookie sheet; bake for 15-20 minutes (no longer pink in center); turn oven down to 350.

8 slices garlic bread (the Texas Style frozen garlic bread, with or without cheese)
3 tablespoons olive oil
18 ounces frozen meatballs (about 36 meatballs)
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian spices (rub between the palms of your hands to release flavor)
1 cup water
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
parmesan cheese, to garnish (Grated or Shredded) (optional)

Steps:
