I'm not a big fan of tropical fruit, but I decided to give this recipe a try anyway. I'm so glad I did! The bread is moist and flavorful, and the tropical fruits add a nice sweetness.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover tropical fruit. I had some pineapple, coconut, and banana that were about to go bad, so I threw them all in this bread and it turned out great.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my bread turned out dry and crumbly. I'm not sure what went wrong.
