FABULOUS FUDGE FILLED BARS
These are my old faithful!! When I don't know what to make for a dessert I will make these. Everyone always loves them!! They are quick and easy. I have made them for years. I will make them different by adding pecans to the top or making the bottom thicker by using more cookie dough. Depends on my mood =)

- Don't overcook the fudge: The fudge is done when it reaches 234 degrees Fahrenheit on a candy thermometer. If you overcook it, it will become grainy and crumbly.
- Let the fudge cool completely before cutting it: This will help to prevent it from becoming sticky and messy.
- Store the fudge in an airtight container in a cool, dry place: The fudge will keep for up to 2 weeks stored this way.
- Get creative with your toppings: You can top the fudge with chopped nuts, sprinkles, or even bacon bits.
