FIRE AND ICE PASTA
I apparently copied the original recipe down wrong (2 cups of olive oil?? That can't be right!) so I took extreme liberties with it when I made this. I added black olives and used white onions instead of the chives. This would be better with fresh herbs. It's spicy, so serve it with some chewy bread and a mixed green salad.

Tips:
- Use fresh, quality ingredients: This will make a big difference in the flavor of your pasta dish.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the pasta: This will prevent the pasta from cooking evenly.
- Cook the pasta al dente: This means that the pasta should be cooked through but still have a slight bite to it.
- Don't rinse the pasta after cooking: This will remove the starch from the pasta, which is what helps the sauce to stick to it.
- Use a large skillet or pot to cook the sauce: This will give the sauce plenty of room to bubble and simmer.
- Add the sauce to the pasta immediately after it is cooked: This will help to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
- Garnish the pasta with fresh herbs or grated cheese before serving: This will add extra flavor and color to the dish.
