1 bottle (14 ounces) ketchup
1/4 cup A.1. steak sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • Place meatballs in a 3-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, steak sauce, garlic and mustard. Pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until meatballs are heated through.

1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons butter
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
SAUCE:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) beef broth
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Fresh dill sprigs, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 °. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs and seasonings; set aside. In a skillet, saute onion in butter until soft; add to egg mixture. 1 slice day old bread, cubed
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 lb ground beef
1 packet brown seasoning or broth
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp fresh or dried chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
SAUCE FOR DEVILED MEATBALLS:
2 tbsps flour
1 cup half and half or evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup dry red wine (optional)
2 tbsps spicy brown mustard
2 pkgs Rich Brown Seasoning and Broth
