Tips:
- Mise en Place: Before you start baking, ensure you have all the necessary ingredients and equipment ready. This will make the baking process smoother and more efficient.
- Room Temperature Ingredients: Whenever possible, use room temperature ingredients for the cheesecake and brownie batter. This helps ensure the ingredients emulsify properly, resulting in a smooth and creamy texture.
- Don't Overmix: Overmixing the cheesecake or brownie batter can lead to a dense and crumbly texture. Mix just until the ingredients are well combined.
- Water Bath: Baking the cheesecake in a water bath helps distribute heat evenly and prevents cracking on the top of the cheesecake.
- Chilling: Chilling the cheesecake overnight or for at least 4 hours allows the flavors to meld and results in a firmer texture.
