3/4 cup plain bread crumbs

4 ounces cream cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 pan or four sided baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, jalapenos, bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce, basil, and salt. Mix thoroughly until ingredients are evenly distributed.

1 large egg, plus 1 egg yolk
2 handfuls grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
2 handfuls plain bread crumbs
3 tablespoons sliced or finely chopped sage leaves
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
8 ounces Gorgonzola
1 tablespoon butter
2 fresh bay leaves
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup chicken stock
1 (15-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 slices bacon (finely chopped)

4 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)
70 g cream cheese
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 fresh basil leaves (finely chopped)
2 -3 pinches dried Italian seasoning (basil, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, sage, and or thyme)
