3-1/2 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon red food coloring, optional
2 cinnamon sticks (3-1/2 inches), broken
1 tablespoon whole cloves
1 tablespoon whole allspice

Steps:

18 whole cloves
1 c orange juice
1 c pineapple juice
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 c cinnamon drops candy...i buy the ones from hallmark, others will make tea cloudy.

Steps:

  • 1. Boil water, sugar, cloves and cinnamon drops for 10 minutes or until sugar and cinnamon drops are melted. Add cranberry juice and the remaing juices. Heat through and serve. Will keep in the fridge for a long time.

4 c fresh cranberries
4 c water
2 c cranberry juice
3/4 - 1 c sugar to taste
9 piece of cinnamon stick
6 oz can frozen orange juice
3 oz frozen lemonade (1/2 a can)
4 whole cloves
6 c brewed black tea
orange peel from one large orange

Steps:

  • 1. Combine water, juice, cranberries, cinnamon, cloves and orange peel. Bring to a boil, simmer 5 minutes. Strain and discard solids. Return to pot. Add tea, sugar, and frozen orange juice and lemonade concentrate. Cook and stir until sugar dissolves.
  • 2. Serve in mugs with extra sticks of cinnamon and slices of oranges. Add a shot of Grand Marnier, cinnamon schnapps, or brandy if desired.
