1 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained
1/4 cup water
6 lasagna noodles, uncooked

1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine sauce, meat and water. Spread 1 cup of the sauce mixture onto bottom of 12x8-inch baking dish.

1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
¾ cup chopped green bell pepper
¾ cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 (26 ounce) jars pasta sauce
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 (15 ounce) container part-skim ricotta cheese
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot of boiling water for 10 minutes, or until al dente. Rinse with cold water, and drain.

1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced

1 can (28 ounces) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained

1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

2 carrots, halved
2 celery ribs, halved

3 - garlic cloves
1/4 - chopped fresh parsley
1 - (28oz) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 - (14 1/2 oz)can Italian stlye stewed tomatoes
undrained and chopped
1 - (8 0z) can no-salt added tomato sauce
1 - (6oz) can tomato paste
2 - tsp dried oregano
1 - tsp dried basil
1/4- tsp pepper
2 - C nonfat cottage cheese
1/2- C finely grated fresh parmesan cheese
1 - (15oz) container nonfat ricotta cheese
1 - egg white
12 - cooked lasagna noodles
2 - C shredded progolone cheese
fresh oregano springs (opt.)
