2 cups semisweet chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter*
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt, depending on your tastes
1/2 cup water
2 & 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon rum

Steps:

  • Grease a 9"x 13" baking pan. Place the cubed croissants in the pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chunks.
  • Whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Add the milk, sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla, and whisk until combined. Pour the mixture over the croissants. If necessary, press the croissants down into the egg mixture to coat. Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

25 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, quarted and divided
8 ( 1-ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 1/2 c whole milk
2 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1 c sugar
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1. Spray a 3 1/2 -quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

7 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
3 cups whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup hershey's dark chocolate cocoa, unsweetened
2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces, divided
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
2 loaves challah, cut into one-inch cubes
1 cup peanut butter chips
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
