Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate chips: The quality of the chocolate chips will greatly impact the flavor of your cookies. Look for chocolate chips that are made with real cocoa butter and have a high cacao content.
  • Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make the cookies tough. Mix the dough just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough: Chilling the dough before baking will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies at a high temperature: Baking the cookies at a high temperature will help them develop a crispy exterior and a chewy interior.
  • Don't overbake the cookies: Overbaking the cookies will make them dry and crumbly. Bake the cookies just until they are set around the edges but still soft in the center.

Conclusion:

Chocolate chip pecan supremes are a delicious and easy-to-make cookie that is perfect for any occasion. With a few simple tips, you can make sure that your chocolate chip pecan supremes turn out perfect every time.
