A quick, healthy breakfast for anyone on the go. Substitute any liquid for the milk.

1 cup skim milk
1 sliced frozen banana
½ green apple, cut into chunks
½ pear, cut into chunks
¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon flax seed meal
1 tablespoon wheat germ
2 sprigs fresh parsley, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Blend kale, milk, banana, apple, pear, oats, peanut butter, flax seed meal, wheat germ, and parsley in a blender until smooth.
