CHOCOLATE BANANA BROWNIES

Chocolate Banana Brownies image

This recipe makes a dense but still cake like brownie with a strong banana flavor. I am not sure where I got this recipe but I have been making these for a long time. And yes, it really does take only 1/2 cup of flour. Be sure to test before removing from oven. Depending on your oven it may need to bake longer than 40 minutes.

Tips for Making Chocolate Banana Brownies

- Use ripe bananas. Overripe bananas add more natural sweetness to your brownies. - Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can lead to tough brownies. - Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached. Overbaking will result in dry, crumbly brownies. - Let the brownies cool completely before cutting and serving. This will help them set properly.

Conclusion

These chocolate banana brownies are rich, fudgy, and moist, with the perfect balance of chocolate and banana flavor. They are easy to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are a great dessert for any occasion and are sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
