Toss to coat. Place on the indirect-heat side of the grill, close the lid and bake until golden brown and crispy, 10 to 12 minutes.

To a large mixing bowl, add the kale. Massage the kale until it darkens and softens. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to combine. Dress with as much dressing as you'd like. Steps:
- In a food processor, combine the shallots, vinegar, lemon juice, maple syrup, olive oil, salt and pepper and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Line a small baking sheet with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil. Set aside.
- In a non-stick pan over medium heat, combine the hazelnuts, sugar and cayenne. Stir with a silicone spatula until the sugar has melted and sticks to the nuts, about 5 minutes; turn down the heat to prevent burning if needed. Spread the sticky nuts out on the foil-lined sheet to cool. When the nuts are cool enough to handle, break them up by hand.
- Stem the kale and chop well. Using a mandoline, shred the Brussels sprouts, discarding the tough ends. Combine both in a large salad bowl. Add the hazelnuts, quinoa, pomegranate seeds, green onions and cheese. Dress to your liking and serve immediately.

Tips:
- Use a good quality chili rub: This will give your chicken a delicious flavor. You can either make your own or buy a store-bought rub.
- Don't overcook the chicken: Chicken breast is a lean meat, so it can easily become dry if it's overcooked. Cook it until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Make sure the quinoa is cooked properly: Quinoa should be cooked until it is tender but still has a slight bite to it. If it's overcooked, it will become mushy.
- Roast the Brussels sprouts until they are slightly charred: This will give them a nice smoky flavor.
- Use a light dressing for the salad: You don't want to overpower the flavors of the chicken, quinoa, and Brussels sprouts.
- Serve the salad warm or at room temperature: This dish is best enjoyed when it's still slightly warm.
Conclusion:
This chili rubbed chicken breast with kale, quinoa, and Brussels sprouts salad is a healthy and delicious meal that's perfect for a weeknight dinner. The chicken is flavorful and juicy, the quinoa is fluffy and tender, the Brussels sprouts are slightly charred and smoky, and the kale adds a nice crunch. The light dressing brings all the flavors together perfectly. This salad is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
