Tips:

  • For a crispier crust, use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs.
  • To add more flavor to the crust, add some grated Parmesan cheese or chopped herbs.
  • If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup of milk and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Be sure to not overcrowd the pan when frying the chicken. This will help the chicken cook evenly and prevent it from sticking together.
  • Serve the chicken immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Conclusion:

Caesar crusted chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The chicken is coated in a flavorful crust made with Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs, then fried until golden brown.
