1/2 cup hot sauce
such as Frank's Red Hot
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups of rotisserie chicken
shredded apart
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons blue cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chives
thinly sliced
12 mini tortilla cups
or scoop-shaped corn chips

Steps:

  • To assemble the cups, place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in a tortilla cup and put a little dollop of the blue cheese sour cream on top
  • Sprinkle with chives and serve

1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup buttermilk
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 spinach tortillas (10 inches)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
