Scatter a quarter of the bacon and asparagus on the lower half of the tortilla, then fold the tortilla over and press lightly. Cook until golden brown, turning once, about 3 minutes on each side. Tips:

  • Choose high-quality bacon: Opt for thick-cut bacon with good marbling for the best flavor and texture.
  • Cook the bacon until crispy: This will give the quesadilla a satisfying crunch and prevent the bacon from becoming chewy.
  • Use a variety of cheeses: A blend of shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, and pepper Jack cheeses creates a gooey, flavorful filling.
  • Don't overcrowd the quesadilla: Too many fillings will make it difficult to fold and cook evenly.
  • Cook the quesadilla over medium heat: This will help prevent the tortilla from burning while allowing the cheese to melt thoroughly.
  • Serve the quesadilla immediately: This will ensure that the cheese is melted and gooey, and the tortilla is crispy.

Conclusion:

The bacon quesadilla is a quick and easy meal that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is also a great way to use up leftover bacon. With its crispy tortilla, gooey cheese, and smoky bacon, this quesadilla is sure to be a hit with everyone at the table.
