Tips:

  • Use ripe apples: Apples that are ripe and juicy will give your muffins the best flavor. If you don't have ripe apples on hand, you can ripen green apples by placing them in a paper bag with a banana for a few days.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make your muffins tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
  • Use a muffin liner: Muffin liners will help to prevent your muffins from sticking to the pan and will make them easier to remove.
  • Fill the muffin cups evenly: Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full of batter. This will help to prevent your muffins from overflowing.
  • Bake the muffins at a high temperature for a short amount of time: This will help to create a crispy top and a moist interior.
  • Let the muffins cool before serving: Let the muffins cool for at least 5 minutes before serving. This will help to prevent them from falling apart.

Conclusion:

These apple spice muffins are the perfect way to start your day or enjoy as a snack. They're moist, flavorful, and packed with apple and cinnamon flavor. Plus, they're dairy-free, so they can be enjoyed by everyone. So next time you're looking for a delicious and healthy muffin recipe, give these apple spice muffins a try!
