1 tube (16-1/2 ounces) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
4 chewy s'mores granola bars, chopped
1 package (10 to 11 ounces) butterscotch chips
2-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped walnuts
1-1/2 cups miniature pretzels
1 package (10 ounces) peanut butter chips
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 package (11-1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Let dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften. In a large bowl, combine dough and granola bars. Press into an ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 10-12 minutes or until golden brown., Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and marshmallows. Bake 3-4 minutes longer or until marshmallows begin to brown. Sprinkle with walnuts; arrange pretzels over the top. In a small saucepan, melt the peanut butter chips, corn syrup and butter; spoon over bars. , In a microwave, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Spread or drizzle over bars. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm before cutting.

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks (16 tbsps.) unsalted butter, softened
½ cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ cup walnuts or macadamia nuts, chopped
12. oz Milky Bar, cut in chunks

Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to a large bowl, set aside.
  • Mix the butter, sugar, and brown sugar together with a hand or stand mixer until creamy. Add the vanilla extract and the eggs one at a time, continue to mix until creamy.
  • Slowly pour the dry ingredient mixture into the bowl of wet ingredients and continue to mix as you pour.
  • Add the nuts to the bowl and fold them into the cookie dough with a wooden spoon. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) when the dough is almost done chilling.
  • Use a cookie scoop or two spoons to form 6 cookie dough balls and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (these are big cookies). Reserve the rest of the dough for a second batch of 6 cookies.
  • Press the milky bar chocolate chunks on top of each cookie dough ball.
  • Bake for 10 minutes and let them cool before serving. Repeat with the second batch.

I love love love candy-cookie BARS of any kind. Here is recipe #2 (just finished posting #1) I have had these recipes a long time and my recipe card does not have a name on it...so I do not know who gave me the 2-recipes.

1 pkg (10 to 12 oz) butterscotch chips
2 1/2 c miniature marshmallows
1 c chopped pecans (or walnuts)
1 1/2 c miniature pretzels
1 pkg (10 oz) peanut butter chips
3/4 c light corn syrup
1/4 c butter (cubed)
1 pkg (11 1/2 oz) milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°
  • 2. Let cookie dough sit out at room temperature for 5-to-10 minutes to soften.

  • 7. Sprinkle with the pecans (or walnuts) and arrange pretzels over the top.
  • 8. In a small saucepan, melt the peanut butter chips, corn syrup and butter...spoon this over bars.
  • 9. In the microwave, melt chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Spread or drizzle this over bars.
  • 10. Now refrigerate for 1 hour (or until firm) before cutting into bars.

3/4 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups flour
6 ounces roughly chopped candy bars (use amount and kind you prefer)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Cream together the butter and the sugars until fluffy, beat in the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour with the baking powder and salt mixed inches Stir until blended. Fold in gently the chopped candy bars. If desired, add a cup of chopped almonds, walnuts, pecans or other nut.

1/2 cup butter
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup coconut (optional)
1 cup chopped nuts
14 ounces condensed milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl combine the cake mix and butter with pastry blender or fork.
  • Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle evenly in bottom of ungreased 15x10x1 pan(jelly roll pan).
