- Preheat oven to 350°. Let dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften. In a large bowl, combine dough and granola bars. Press into an ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 10-12 minutes or until golden brown., Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and marshmallows. Bake 3-4 minutes longer or until marshmallows begin to brown. Sprinkle with walnuts; arrange pretzels over the top. - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to a large bowl, set aside.
- Mix the butter, sugar, and brown sugar together with a hand or stand mixer until creamy. Add the vanilla extract and the eggs one at a time, continue to mix until creamy.
- Slowly pour the dry ingredient mixture into the bowl of wet ingredients and continue to mix as you pour.
- Add the nuts to the bowl and fold them into the cookie dough with a wooden spoon. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) when the dough is almost done chilling.
- Use a cookie scoop or two spoons to form 6 cookie dough balls and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (these are big cookies). Reserve the rest of the dough for a second batch of 6 cookies.
- Press the milky bar chocolate chunks on top of each cookie dough ball.
- Bake for 10 minutes and let them cool before serving. Repeat with the second batch.

- 2. Let cookie dough sit out at room temperature for 5-to-10 minutes to soften.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine dough and trail mix bars. Press into an ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan.

- 5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with butterscotch chips and marshmallows; place back in oven.
