From Kraft -- great meal to throw together using stuff I always have in the pantry!! Original recipe says that this makes 10 servings (1 cup each), but when using this as a main meal, there is no way my family could get 10 servings out of it!! I have reduced it to six servings, but judge accordingly :)

Tips: Achieving Chili Perfection

1. Harnessing Diverse Peppers: Unleash a symphony of flavors by combining various peppers. From the smoky warmth of ancho chiles to the fiery kick of cayenne, each pepper adds a unique dimension. 2. Simmering Symphony: Allow your chili to simmer gently, allowing the flavors to meld and deepen over time. This slow and steady approach will reward you with a rich and complex chili. 3. Unlocking Umami with Beef and Stock: Elevate your chili's savoriness by using a combination of ground beef and beef stock. The beef adds a hearty depth of flavor, while the stock infuses every spoonful with richness. 4. Aromatic Embrace: Infuse your chili with an aromatic embrace by toasting cumin and coriander seeds before grinding them. This simple step releases their essential oils, intensifying their flavor. 5. Balancing Act: Create a harmonious balance of flavors by incorporating a touch of sweetness with brown sugar or molasses. This subtle sweetness will round out the chili's bold and spicy notes. 6. Harmonizing with Herbs and Spices: Oregano, chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder join forces to create a captivating blend of flavors. These aromatic spices add depth and complexity to your chili. 7. Canned Tomato Symphony: Utilize a combination of diced and crushed tomatoes to achieve a textural contrast. The diced tomatoes provide a hearty bite, while the crushed tomatoes contribute a smooth, velvety texture. 8. Finishing Touches of Tang and Spice: Introduce a burst of tangy brightness with lime juice and zest. A sprinkle of cayenne pepper adds an extra layer of heat, ensuring a satisfying spicy kick. 9. Garnishing Glory: Elevate your chili's presentation with a vibrant garnish of chopped cilantro and shredded cheese. These colorful additions add visual appeal and enhance the overall flavor experience. ###
