Tips:
- Use good quality white chocolate for the best flavor. A high-quality white chocolate will have a smooth, creamy texture and a rich, milky flavor.
- Toast the macadamia nuts before using them in the cookies. This will bring out their flavor and make them more fragrant.
- Chill the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies to hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
- Bake the cookies until they are just set. The centers of the cookies should be slightly soft and gooey.
- Let the cookies cool completely before frosting them. This will help the frosting to set properly.
