2/3 cup butter or 2/3 cup margarine, softened
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

1 (6 ounce) package ocean spray original craisians dried sweetened cranberries
2/3 cup white chocolate, chunks or 2/3 cup chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a mixer, beat butter or margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy.

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Grated zest of 1 orange
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh or frozen (unthawed) cranberries, coarsely chopped or left whole
1/2 cup white chocolate chunks or chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and orange zest on medium speed of the electric mixer until well blended. (The mixture will have the consistency of wet sand.) 1 c granulated sugar
1/2 c light brown sugar, firmly packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda

2 pkg Baker's White Chocolate Bars, 4 oz each, coarsely chopped,
2 c chopped nuts, pecans or walnuts
2 c dried cranberries

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • 2. Beat butter and sugars on medium speed in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
