WHITE CHOCOLATE CHAI LATTE
This is made with green tea, not with black. Not exactly a very classical chai, but made out of a sudden green tea - cardamom - latte - craving. It turned out much better than I ever hoped it would! I used rice milk, but will post it just with "milk", use what matches your needings.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly butter a 9-by-13-inch baking dish; line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on 2 sides. Butter the parchment. Whisk the flour, oats, malted milk powder, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and salt in a large bowl.
- Beat the butter and brown sugar in a large bowl with a mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, 3 to 5 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until combined. Reduce the mixer speed to low; beat in the flour mixture until just incorporated. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake until the top is golden brown and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the white chocolate, then return to the oven until the chocolate softens, about 45 seconds. Remove from the oven and spread the chocolate into a smooth layer. Top with nonpareils. Transfer to a rack and let cool completely, then lift out of the pan using the parchment; cut into squares.

ABBEY'S WHITE CHOCOLATE LATTE
I created this recipe for my little sister, Abbey, who's a latte fanatic. She was blown away, and drained it to the last drop! This makes one VERY large, indulgent latte, and could probably serve two. Enjoy!

Tips:
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate. This will make a big difference in the overall taste of the latte.
- If you don't have chai tea bags, you can make your own by combining black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and cloves in a cheesecloth bag.
- To make the latte even more decadent, top it with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.
- If you're using a stovetop to heat the milk, be sure to stir it constantly to prevent it from scorching.
- If you're using a microwave to heat the milk, be sure to heat it in short increments, stirring in between, to prevent it from boiling over.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the latte to your liking by adding more or less honey or sugar.
Conclusion:
This white chocolate chai latte is the perfect drink to warm you up on a cold day. It's also a great way to enjoy the flavors of chai tea in a new and delicious way. So next time you're looking for a cozy and comforting drink, give this white chocolate chai latte a try.
