2 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups prepared mincemeat
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in. circle. Line a 9-in. pie plate with crust; trim and flute edge. In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs.
