Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of steak: A good marinade can help tenderize a tough cut of steak, but it can't work miracles. Choose a cut that is naturally tender, such as a ribeye, strip steak, or tenderloin.
  • Use a flavorful marinade: The key to a great steak marinade is using a flavorful combination of ingredients. This recipe uses a combination of olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, and herbs.
  • Marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes: The longer you marinate the steak, the more flavor it will absorb. However, don't marinate the steak for longer than 24 hours, or it will start to break down.
  • Bring the steak to room temperature before cooking: This will help the steak cook evenly.
  • Cook the steak over high heat: This will help to sear the outside of the steak and keep the inside juicy.
  • Let the steak rest before slicing: This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the steak.

Conclusion:

This Victory Red's Super Steak Marinade is a delicious and easy way to add flavor to your next steak. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a marinade that will tenderize and flavor your steak perfectly. So next time you're grilling or pan-frying a steak, be sure to try this marinade. You won't be disappointed!
