Tips:

  • Use a large skillet: This will help to ensure that the eggs cook evenly and prevent them from sticking.
  • Use a non-stick skillet: This will also help to prevent the eggs from sticking and make it easier to clean up.
  • Heat the skillet over medium heat: This will help to prevent the eggs from scrambling too quickly and becoming overcooked.
  • Add the vegetables to the skillet first: This will give them a chance to soften before the eggs are added.
  • Stir the eggs constantly: This will help to prevent them from sticking to the pan and ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Don't overcook the eggs: They should be cooked until they are just set, but still slightly runny in the center.
  • Season the eggs to taste: Add salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings to taste.
  • Serve the eggs immediately: They are best enjoyed when served hot.

Conclusion:

Veggie scrambled eggs are a delicious, healthy, and easy-to-make breakfast or brunch option. They are packed with protein, vitamins, and minerals, and they can be customized to your liking with a variety of different vegetables and seasonings.
