2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup frozen corn
1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
