Tips:

  • Use a good quality vegan cheese. This will make a big difference in the flavor and texture of your quiche. Look for a cheese that is firm enough to slice or grate, and that melts well.
  • Don't overfill the quiche crust. The quiche will rise as it bakes, so leave some room at the top of the crust.
  • Bake the quiche until the center is set. You can check this by inserting a toothpick into the center of the quiche. If it comes out clean, the quiche is done.
  • Let the quiche cool slightly before slicing. This will help it hold its shape.

Conclusion:

Vegan broccoli quiche is a delicious and satisfying dish that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is also a great way to use up leftover broccoli. With its creamy texture, cheesy flavor, and flaky crust, this quiche is sure to be a hit with everyone at your table. So next time you're looking for a vegan meal that is both delicious and nutritious, give this vegan broccoli quiche a try.
