Time 45m

Yield 12 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 eggs
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2-1 cup coconut (optional)

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients into a blender at high speed for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into greased 9- or 10-inc pie pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Tips:

  • For a gluten-free pie crust, use a gluten-free flour blend or almond flour.
  • To make the pie crust extra crispy, pre-bake it for 5-10 minutes before filling it.
  • When measuring flour, spoon it into the measuring cup and level it off with a knife. Do not scoop the flour directly from the bag, as this will result in too much flour being used.
  • If your pie crust is too dry, add a little bit of water or milk until it comes together.
  • If your pie crust is too wet, add a little bit of flour until it is no longer sticky.
  • Be sure to preheat your oven before baking your pie.
  • To prevent your pie crust from burning, place a baking sheet on the rack below the pie.
  • Let your pie cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Conclusion:

The blender pie is a quick and easy way to make a delicious pie. With just a few simple ingredients, you can have a pie that is perfect for any occasion. Whether you are making a sweet pie or a savory pie, the blender pie is a great option. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy pie recipe, give the blender pie a try.
