2 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, diced
2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft and translucent. Mix in the tuna and frozen vegetables, stirring often until the vegetables are heated through, 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup.
