3 cans (5 oz) of Tuna
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 cup mayonaisse
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
2 envelopes of gelatin
1/2 small onion chopped
2/3 cup of celery
1 Tbl sugar
pinch of salt and pepper

  • Flake the tuna well. This will help it to mix evenly with the other ingredients.
  • Use a variety of vegetables. This will add color, flavor, and nutrients to the salad.
  • Do not overcook the vegetables. They should be crisp-tender, not mushy.
  • Use a light mayonnaise or a Greek yogurt-based dressing. This will help to keep the salad light and healthy.
  • Season the salad to taste. Add salt, pepper, and other spices to taste.
  • Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will help the flavors to meld and the salad to firm up.
  • Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce or greens. This will add a fresh, crisp element to the salad.
