This iconic salad is a symphony of textures and tastes, featuring juicy grapefruit segments, tangy avocado slices, crisp romaine lettuce, and crumbled bacon, all tossed in a zesty vinaigrette dressing. Accompanying the Sunset Salad are two additional culinary gems from the 21 Club: the delectable Lobster Salad, a luxurious combination of succulent lobster meat, creamy mayonnaise, and a hint of tarragon, and the classic Caesar Salad, a timeless favorite crafted with crisp romaine lettuce, creamy dressing, and shaved Parmesan cheese. These three salads, each with its own distinct character, embody the culinary legacy of the 21 Club and continue to delight diners to this day.
