This is the best tasting Italian Style Pasta salad I have ever eaten. I received this recipe from a caterer at our church Cyndy Totten, who gave me permission to post her recipes. Cooking time is cooling time in the refrigerator.

Tips:
- Choose the right pasta. Short, sturdy pastas like tortellini and bow-tie pasta are ideal for this salad because they can hold up to the dressing and other ingredients without getting soggy.
- Cook the pasta al dente. This means that the pasta should be cooked until it is still slightly firm to the bite. This will prevent it from becoming mushy in the salad.
- Use a variety of vegetables. This will add color, flavor, and texture to the salad. Some good options include tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and onions.
- Add some protein. This will make the salad more filling and satisfying. Some good options include grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
- Use a flavorful dressing. The dressing is what will bring all of the flavors of the salad together. A simple vinaigrette made with olive oil, vinegar, and herbs is a good option. You can also use a store-bought dressing if you prefer.
- Chill the salad before serving. This will help the flavors to meld and the salad will be more refreshing.
Conclusion:
Tortellini bow-tie pasta salad is a delicious and easy-to-make side dish or main course. It is perfect for potlucks, picnics, or any other summer gathering. With its colorful vegetables, flavorful dressing, and variety of textures, this salad is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
