Tips:

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your granola. Look for organic oats, nuts, and seeds, and use pure honey or maple syrup as a sweetener.
  • Toast your oats before baking them. This will help them to develop a nutty flavor and crispy texture.
  • Add a variety of nuts, seeds, and dried fruits to your granola. This will give it a complex flavor and texture. Some popular additions include almonds, walnuts, pecans, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, cranberries, and blueberries.
  • Be careful not to overbake your granola. It should be golden brown and crispy, but not burnt.
  • Store your granola in an airtight container at room temperature. It will keep for up to 2 weeks.
