EASY CHICKEN FAJITA MARINADE

Easy Chicken Fajita Marinade image

This is a simple fajita marinade that has been bounced around in my family for at least 15 years. It's simple, tasty, easily altered for a twist on the taste, and can be easily prepared in under 15 minutes. Serve with other fajita elements and enjoy! Some ideas: sauteed green bell pepper with white or yellow onions, jalapeno slaw, homemade salsa (tomato or mango), etc.

CHICKEN TO DIE FOR

Chicken to Die For image

My sister-in-law gave me this recipe. My family loves my chicken to die for. They would eat it all the time if they could. When I crush the ritz I found that my food processor works the best to get the crackers small enough to coat the chicken. I use pie pans for the melted butter and crushed ritz's.

Tips:

  • For the best flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  • If you don't have time to marinate the chicken, you can still make this recipe. Just cook the chicken for a few minutes longer, until it is cooked through.
  • To make the fajitas even more flavorful, use a variety of vegetables. Some good options include bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and zucchini.
  • Serve the fajitas with your favorite toppings, such as guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and cheese.
  • If you are using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using. This will prevent them from burning.

Conclusion:
