1 large garlic clove, peeled and minced

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons minced prosciutto
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 (5 to 6 ounce) skinless tilapia fillets
Lemon wedges for serving

Steps:

Steps:

  • 1. Melt butter in large sauté pan over medium heat. Dredge fillets in seasoned flour and sauté on first side for 4 minutes or until browned.
